MVDS Messenger – July 2008

Hi, everyone – how is this for a real winter? And although I feel “guilty” every tome I switch on the electric heater (poor Eish-kom!), it seems to be the only way to keep warm. The upside, of course, is that with the enormous amount of snow the Western Cape mountains have received so far, the cherry season will be fantastic. Beware, Klondyke … here we come! [And it’s only four month till the cherry-picking season starts.]
